This helped the poor labourers and farmers to get loans more easily for their livelihood purposes.❖ INDIA – PAKISTAN PACTThe Tashkent Agreement marked the end of war between India and Pakistan in 1966. The war that broke out between the two countries was based on border dispute on the lands Jammu and Kashmir. The war went on for seventeen days and both countries faced several casualties. the war came to an end only after the intervention of both the United States and USSR via a UN-mandated ceasefire and the peace making led to the Tashkent Agreement.❖ MOON LANDINGThe moon landing was a historic event in the history of the world. the manned mission to the moon, also called Apollo 11 took with it the first man to set foot on moon, Neil Armstrong. The moon landing was recently in debate over its authenticity. The controversy aroused that due to cold war conflicts and power struggle between us and Ussr, given the technological advancement of the Soviet Union the moon landing was filmed by America rather than the mission actually taking place.
