A DEHUA BUDDHIST TRIPOD CENSER, KANGXI
China, 1662-1722. The vessel standing on three Buddhist conch shells as its feet. The cylindric, waisted body with four horizontal ribs in high relief, overall covered with an unctuous white glaze.
Provenance: From a private collection in Scotland.
Condition: Good condition. Three shallow small chips, one to lip and two to foot rim. Scattered firing flaws.
