本件明代銅鎏金楊柳觀音，頭戴五葉寶冠，冠中出現阿 彌陀化佛，乃觀音菩薩的重要識別標誌，菩薩梳扁髮髻， 神態祥和寧靜，面相渾圓，雙目低垂，左右冠 ，向上飄 揚，穿戴瓔珞，華麗配飾，右手上舉，持楊柳枝，左手 托握，一淨水瓶，結跏端坐，腰束長裙，衣褶流暢。本 件銅鎏金楊柳觀音，握持淨瓶和楊柳，象徵「淨瓶甘露 年年勝、斜插楊柳歲歲春」，示現觀音菩薩的大慈悲願心， 遍灑甘露靈水，為眾生消災解厄，整體造型規範，形象 莊嚴，作工精細，係明代銅鎏金觀音的精湛代表作品。
