A Regency mahogany and ebony crossbanded demi-lune folding card table, circa 1815, by Gillows, the top of the hinged leg stamped 'GILLOWS, WB, LANCASTER', 74cm high, 97cm wide, 48cm deep (when closed) Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old splits and chips. Of sympathetically cleaned/polished appearance. Very slight warping to top leaf. Some minor evidence of old worm to rear frieze. Some old filler/dark wax applied to the top in places. Baize inset surface is a later replacement. It is in generally fair condition with some bubbling along the fold and some loose threads to the edges. Please refer to additional images for visual reference to condition.
