A Victorian gold turquoise set snake brooch/pendant, with a line of graduated cabochon turquoise, grain set throughout. The tail entwined to form an open hoop, with the head to the centre. Pendant drop and bale deficient, pin and 'C' catch all present. Tested as approximately 9ct gold. 35 x 31mm, 7.58g Condition report: Scratches and marks consistent with its age. Inventory numbers scratches to the reverse. Natural discolouration to the turquoise. Tarnish to the reverse.
