螺发排列紧密规整，螺髻颗粒粗大饱满，肉髻高耸，宝珠严顶，额头平正，鼻梁细直，双眉细长，面部表情平静。薄衣贴体，衣纹垂落感自然，体现柔和之美。左手结禅定印，上托金刚杵，此为阿閦佛的象征，证明佛的坚固锋利之智，可断烦恼、除恶魔，因此其代表佛智、空性、真如、智慧。右手结触地印，手指刻划柔软丰润，颇为写实。全跏趺坐于束腰仰覆式莲花座上，其下为「亚」字形须弥座，中间饰金刚杵。
