款识：“大明宣德年制”楷书款 来源：国营文物商店旧藏此款香炉沿袭明代香炉器型特征，精铜铸造，规格适中。奁式造型，圆筒腹，器腹上下饰三道粗弦纹。璧形底，下承三足。外底铸刻“大明宣德年制”六字三行楷书款。长期香火供养，形成炭火包浆。此炉上中下三条线分布匀称，俗称三元炉，筒型炉自唐宋始，其质有瓷，到明清时多铜质，“三元九思”，寓意三思而后行。整器线条流畅，秀气美观，赏用皆可。在文人的燕居中，赏玩炉器，品评香茗，皆尊为雅事，松涛阵阵，皓月清宵，香烟隐隐绕帘，更是文人佳趣上选。
