A group of 3 Chinese reticulated jade plaques dating from the 19th century. The group includes: a plaque featuring a bird with a pair of Chilong, a round plaque featuring a Shou character with a pair of flowers and a bat, and a round plaque featuring a Shou character with a pair of lingzhi and Chilong. Dimensions are: the largest Shou with Chilong plaque measures 2 1/4 inches tall X 2 1/4 inches wide X 1/8 inches thick, 5.72 cm X 5.72 cm X 0.32 cm. The plaque with Shou and the bat measures 2 1/8 in diameter X 1/8 inches thick, 5.4 cm X 0.32 cm. The plaque with the Chilong measures 2 1/4 inches tall X 1 7/8 inches long X 1/8 inches wide, 5.72 cm X 4.76 cm X 0.32 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: All are in good condition. The collector is of Russian descent, but was born in Harbin, China in 1935. Following the end of WWII, her family moved to Shanghai and stayed there until 1952 when they relocated to Hong Kong. The items in the collection were acquired during the family's time in Shanghai from private collections and art auctions.
