Ca. 100 BC - 100 AD A lovely gold finger ring composed of a flat-section hoop with a double bezel and median beaded band; each bezel cell set with a garnet cabochon. For similar ring see Christie's, lot 209, 25th October 2012. The item has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
