Ca. 1100-1200 AD A lovely gold pendant composed of four wired arms radiating from a central cell to form a cross. Each arm threaded with amethyst and finished with a small pearl bead. The central collet set with a garnet cabochon. Condition: Repaired, wearable. The item has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
