Ca. 2300-1600 BC An ancient Akkadian hematite cylinder seal engraved with the imagery of a king engaging in a hunt. He is wearing royal robes and drawing a bow. In front is a mountain ibex. There is a symbol or animal between the king and the ibex but it hard to make out. Accompanied by a museum-quality impression.
