A beautiful pottery bowl presenting a rounded bottom and slender walls that span outwards to a broad rim, all upon a ring-form base. Though the entirety of the vessel is enveloped in creamy white glaze, the basin boasts a blue-painted decorative tondo filled with an intricate motif of phytomorphic, zoomorphic, and abstract designs. Liberal remains of fugitive pigment forming a vine-like vegetal pattern additionally embellish the interior and exterior walls.
