A BLUE AND WHITE DOCUMENTARY INKSTONEDaoguang jiachen nian guiyue zhong yuan zhi mark, corresponding to 1844 and of the period Robustly potted, of circular form with a raised concave section surrounded by a narrow well, the exterior with curved sides and painted in underglaze blue with the attributes of the Eight Daoist Immortals including a double-gourd, fan and fish-drum, the underside with underglaze blue mark and inscription. 11.7cm (4 1/2in) diam.
