【款识】大明永乐年施.此观音像头戴风帽，顶饰化佛，面庞丰润，广额弯眉，凤眼微启，法相庄严，似以无限悲悯的神情注视着人间，给人以一种平静祥和之感。身着天衣，通体鱼子纹地，衣缘及衣纹表面錾刻精美卷草纹、缠枝莲纹，线条流畅，纹饰繁缛，排列紧凑。右手于腹前结禅定印，左手自然倚于坐台，双腿呈游戏坐姿坐于方形台座之上，右腿轻踏莲台。 尊像比例协调，舒展自在的坐姿，与佛性自如的内涵相合，创作上的和谐得到了精准的把握。局部鎏金装饰，金水一流，丰腴肥美，艺术及收藏价值极高。
