A PORCELAIN ‘LOTUS’ SNUFF BOTTLE, QINGChina, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). Of ovoid form, rising from an oval foot to a short cylindrical neck with a flat lip, the body finely enameled with green and pink depicting six rows of overlapping lotus petals in relief, emerging from a green leaf-form base. Condition: Good condition with minimal surface wear, minor manufacturing flaws, part of the spoon broken. Provenance: Previously in the collection of Cynthia G. Locke.
