圆形，圆钮，圆钮座，圆钮座外饰一周璎珞纹，铜镜内圈浮雕一周神人瑞兽图案，其中有西王母、东王公的形象，皆肩生双羽，端坐于龙虎座上，两侧有羽人图案。外圈饰十二枚相间的方枚与半圆，半圆上铸有铭文，内容为“半圆枚上则有云纹。内区最外缘为锯齿纹，镜缘内区为飞龙纹、跑兽纹和凤鸟纹外缘为变形动物纹。该镜主纹罕见，可能表现某种汉代神话观念。镜体光泽剔透，人物与神兽纹高高耸起而羽人的头部却用浅浮雕来表现，更平添了主纹内容的神秘感。此镜尺寸较大，通体黑漆古，造型规整，纹饰瑰丽。
