此簋式炉以锤揲工艺制作，胎体较为厚拙，特殊少见。通体原有鎏金，传承使用年代久远，仅在局部见有灿灿的鎏金痕迹。
侈口，束颈，弧腹下收，底承外撇高圈足。双兽耳对出于沿边，口吐耳把，收于腹下，环扣有力，下坠几何形耳珥，是为点睛之笔。颈腹部均以云雷纹作底饰饕餮纹，足墙饰覆莲纹一周。
