The exterior decorated of enormous imperial five-claw dragon soaring amidst flame clouds above waving Lishui water. Banded with double fine rings lines on upper rim and foot base rim. The dome decorated with enormous imperial five-claw dragon soaring, and surrounded with scrolling ruyi clouds, enclosed with double fine blue rings lines. characteristic heaped and piled effect, the underglaze cobalt blue concentrates in certain areas, bubbling through the surface of the glaze and turning a deep blue-black. This inadvertently gave texture, energy and shading to the design.
