A parcel gilt wood figure of Vajradhara, Tibet or Bhutan, late 17th or 18th century, the three headed deity seated on double lotus throne, in yap-yum with his Sakti, on raised separately carved stepped plinth supported by two lions to the front, backed by a separately carved foliate double mandorla, 33cm high Provenance: Purchased by the late J.B. da Silva (1918-2003) at Bonhams on 23rd May, 1980, lot 38 for £176.00 and by family descent.
