In gilded frame with pearl stick decoration.

Reverse with label of the Georg Schäfer Schweinfurt Collection with the collection number "36490817" as well as another collection label "7160" and a customs stamp. The painting was painted around 1846, correct title "Rosa Dirsch mit grünem Turban". Rosa Dirsch was the lover of the banker Tirka (Demeter Theodor Tirka, born around 1802 in Craiova, died Vienna 22.11.1874), who was also an art collector and responsible for the introduction of the Dinar. Friedrich von Amerling also portrayed Tirk himself in 1854 and 1847.

On the doubled canvas Provenance Karl J. Peyfuß, Maria Enzersdorf near Vienna around 1927. On it Collection Georg Schäfer.
